Dill in full bloom — the feathery flat-topped yellow-green umbels of Anethum carry a subtle herbal fragrance and a beautifully organic texture. A favourite in natural meadow-style floristry and high-concept editorial work, its unusual colouring adds depth to any arrangement.
Like all our varieties, Anethum is cultivated at over 1,800 metres in the Rift Valley, cold-chain packed on the farm, and graded to international export standards under our GlobalG.A.P., Sedex Advance and KFC Silver certifications.
